01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hotjili ("hotjili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the hotjili online gaming platform accessible at hotjili.one. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on hotjili, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the hotjili Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the hotjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by hotjili or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of hotjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.

hotjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by hotjili may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of hotjili services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. hotjili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) hotjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hotjili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hotjili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify hotjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. hotjili support is available 24/7 to assist with account security concerns.
• Account Verification: hotjili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC requirements are in place to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hotjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). hotjili supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your hotjili account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. hotjili does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. hotjili processes approved withdrawals as promptly as possible, with most transactions completed within the timeframes published in the hotjili FAQ. hotjili charges zero (₱0) withdrawal fees on all supported payment methods. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which hotjili bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited into your hotjili account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. hotjili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds under Philippine law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

hotjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered hotjili players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• hotjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the hotjili bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

hotjili's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who have concerns about bonus terms are encouraged to contact hotjili support before claiming any offer.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hotjili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Random Number Generation: All hotjili games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, hotjili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. hotjili's decision in such circumstances is final.

Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the hotjili Platform during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. hotjili is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotjili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on hotjili.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the hotjili Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the hotjili Platform or its software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hotjili staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your hotjili account.
• Accessing the hotjili Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the hotjili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of hotjili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hotjili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hotjili content without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on hotjili content.
• Use any hotjili trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any part of the hotjili Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of hotjili intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by hotjili.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

hotjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hotjili Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

hotjili complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the hotjili Platform. hotjili does not sell your personal data to third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their hotjili account at any time.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hotjili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hotjili Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the hotjili Platform or any service thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.

The hotjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hotjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. hotjili does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, hotjili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Termination & Suspension

hotjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, hotjili will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance checks. hotjili is not obligated to return funds that are subject to an active investigation or that have been identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity.

You may close your hotjili account at any time by contacting hotjili support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The hotjili Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the hotjili Platform, you agree to first contact hotjili support to seek an informal resolution. hotjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hotjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hotjili will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the hotjili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting hotjili support.
