If hotjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the personal data will be deleted in accordance with hotjili's data disposal procedures.

13 International Data Transfers

hotjili primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or KYC verification services operating in other jurisdictions.
